In the context of the exhibi­tion „Denn das Schne ist nur des Schreck­li­chen Anfang. Knstle­rIn­nen zwischen Selbst­in­sze­nie­rung und Selbst­re­fle­xion“, I connec­ted two rooms lying one above the other to an installation.
The upper room was located opposite the entrance to the exhibi­tion. It is about 4 square meters in size and with a room height of 3.80 meters very high. The ceiling, walls and floor of the room were painted comple­tely white. On the frontal wall I mounted halogen spotlights, which were connec­ted to form chains of lights that depic­ted the word WUT. The lamps shone blindin­gly bright. To the right of the light lette­ring hung a framed origi­nal graphic. The graphic is a three-colou­red hand-algra­phy. I used a newspa­per photo of an accident in which a horse had jumped into a car as source material.

The cables of the light instal­la­tion led into a hole in the ground. This is the entrance to a shaft that leads to the room below. A makes­hift stair­case made of simple planks was built into the shaft. I painted it with golden paint.

The cables led through the shaft into the room below and were plugged into a cable drum that gets its electri­city from the only socket of the two rooms, at the entrance of the basement room.
The lower vaulted cellar is about 4 square meters in size but with a room height of 1.90 m it is depres­sin­gly low. Its walls are made of sandstone, the floor of simple screed. Start­ing at the left wall and leading over the frontal wall to the shaft I applied the lette­ring MUT with colou­red plaster. As a template for this I projec­ted the writing onto the wall before­hand, so that the word from the entrance appears almost undis­tor­ted in the room, while it becomes more and more distor­ted the deeper you go into the room. On the opposite wall there is a framed origi­nal graphic, also a hand-algra­phy. It shows two chimneys rising into a blue sky with clouds. Beneath the lette­ring on the floor the object wind rose made of golden cardboard with paper clips is leaning against the wall.

Im Rahmen der Ausstel­lung „Denn das Schne ist nur des Schreck­li­chen Anfang. Knstle­rIn­nen zwischen Selbst­in­sze­nie­rung und Selbst­re­fle­xion“, verband ich zwei berein­an­der­lie­gende Rume zu einer Installation.
Der obere Raum befand sich gegen­ber vom Eingang zur Ausstel­lung. Er ist ca. 4qm gro und mit einer Raumhhe von 3,80m sehr hoch. Decke, Wnde und Boden des Raumes wurden komplett wei gestri­chen. An der fronta­len Wand montierte ich Halogen­strah­ler, die zu Lichter­ket­ten verbun­den, das Wort WUT abbil­de­ten. Die Lampen leuch­te­ten blendend hell. Rechts von der Licht­schrift hing eine gerahmte Origi­nal-Grafik. Die Grafik ist eine dreifar­bige Hand-Algra­fie. Als Ausgangs­ma­te­rial dafr verwen­dete ich ein Zeitungs­foto eines Unfal­les, bei dem ein Pferd in ein Auto gesprun­gen war.

Die Kabel der Licht­in­stal­la­tion fhrten in ein Loch im Boden. Dieses ist der Einstieg in einen Schacht, der zu dem darun­ter liegen­den Raum fhrt. In den Schacht war eine behelfsms­sige Treppe aus einfa­chen Brettern gezim­mert. Diese fasste ich mit golde­ner Farbe.

Die Kabel fhrten durch den Schacht in den darun­ter liegen­den Raum und steck­ten dort in einer Kabel­trom­mel, die ihren Strom aus der einzi­gen Steck­dose der beiden Rume, am Eingang des Keller­rau­mes, bezieht.
Der untere Gewlbe­kel­ler ist ca. 4qm gro aber mit einer Raumhhe von 1,90 m bedrckend niedrig. Seine Wnde bestehen aus Sandstein, der Boden aus einfa­chem Estrich. An der linken Wand begin­nend und ber die frontale Wand bis zum Schacht fhrend brachte ich mit gefrb­tem Gips den Schrift­zug MUT an. Als Vorlage dafr proji­zierte ich den Schrift­zug vorher an die Wand, sodass das Wort vom Eingang aus nahezu unver­zerrt im Raum erscheint, whrend es sich immer mehr verzerrt je tiefer man in den Raum hinein­geht. An der gegen­ber liegen­den Wand befin­det sich eine gerahmte Origi­nal-Grafik, ebenfalls eine Hand-Algra­fie. Sie zeigt zwei Schlote, die in einen blauen Himmel mit Wolken ragen. Unter­halb des Schrift­zu­ges liegt auf dem Boden und an die Wand gelehnt das Objekt Windrose aus golde­ner Pappe mit Briefklammern.
